We were given a pick-up date of Friday afternoon. Thursday morning our doorbell rings and we are told we have 30 minutes to get ready. Needless to say, the packing was a disaster. We were told we could pay by credit card when we booked the deal. We were told the price was guaranteed over the phone and at pick-up we were expected to have over $1000 in cash for a new price. During the entire week from CO. to CA. we were unable to contact anyone with information about delivery status.
Finally, for delivery, only one man shows to unpack. He was smelly, surly and didnt finish the job.
Dont believe the good reviews. They are posted by employees friends.
Get everything in writing.
