Horrible/scary experience

We echo every negative review written. The southern accent salesman was nice. The guy who gave the "final" quote at pickup was a con artist. I was alone with my baby for almost a week when they finally notified they were going to deliver. The driver who I called to try to coordinate with was so incredibly mean on the phone that I was scared to be here alone with my baby when he came for delivery. I asked my husband's buddy to be here with me during the move. They were several hours later than they had said they would be. I have to pay a ridiculous amount of cash before the rude driver would allow our belongings to be moved in. It was certainly more than I was told it'd be. Our buddy ended up helping the guy they hired to actually move all the boxes and furniture alone. The rude driver just stayed in the truck the whole time talking on his phone.
They stole 4 of our boxes. I caught them trying to deliver items that weren't ours and told them to put them back on the truck.
They severely damaged antiques we inherited. Our items were transferred from our house to a rented moving truck to a freight truck to storage to a rented moving truck to our apartment.
We were ripped off, treated horribly, and generally victimised by the whole experience.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. USE A FREIGHT COMPANY, USE A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT DOESNT' HAVE PEOPLE CREATE FAKE REVIEWS FOR THEM, USE HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE KIDS, USE ANYONE BUT THEM.
The day after, I had new neighbours and the community manager checking on the baby and me because they had witnessed what was happening and wanted to make sure we were ok.
I could go on but hope this will help you look elsewhere. We thought we were getting a great price and ended up paying over twice what we were originally quoted.
