**Scam Alert** - This company lied to us and mentally and financially abused us. First, the sweet talking salesperson (Bobby - not real name. Driver said is was probably Matt) gives not to exceed bid. The movers (not all real movers - they hire day labor) load the stuff and give price for $2,500 more than not to exceed bid. We negotiated down from $8,900 to $7,200, still about $700 over not to exceed bid. Sign the legal contract for $7,200. Next morning, Ari, the dispatcher say's if we don't pay $8,000, we won't get stuff. It is extortion. At this point, we had to have our stuff, so we paid. These people are counting on individuals not to lawyer up, knowing it will cost more for the lawyer than the money lost. They broke or stole at least $3,000 of our stuff, including a big screen TV. If you are about to move, please investigate and visit: http://www.movingscam.com/ If this company has ripped you off: File a complaint with the Attorney General's office, both in the pick up state and the state of your destination. Also file one with the department of transportation. And by all means, lawyer up! I know I am going to. These people are criminals and quite possibly part of a low level mafia. They take advantage of people when they are vulnerable, stressed, and tired and not making good decisions. --I can promise you, after investigating this matter, that all of the good reviews that you see are not real!
