- Repeatedly showed up on wrong days, ended up picking up nearly a week after scheduled pick up date
- Didn't have manifest listed correctly, loaded truck then charged an additional $500
- Check didn't go through we gave on delivery, they never called to get another form of payment, we realized two weeks later the check hadn't gone through, we called to find out why they didn't cash it, to find out that the day of pick up it didn't go through and they never called to get the money, just put our stuff in storage. We had to overnight payment - which we did, they said they never got, nor did they cash it, nor did they call us to find out what was going on, again a week went by we were waiting for confirmation to find out yet again, they were sitting on our stuff waiting for who knows what? So we cancelled the cahsiers check, and were given a credit card authorization form, which we quickly filled out and returned via email - they again, never charged, another week goes by, we call to find out why to get told we aren't allowed to use credit card and have to deposit a now 70% of the total into a Wells Fargo account before they will deliver.. This after going round and round and round with phone call after phone and getting NO WHERE!!! We end up argueing and they of all the nerve refuse us service after we had already tried to cancel more than once. Now we are to pick up our belongings from a warehouse back in Colorado (after having already moved) and it has been 5 weeks since pick up.. and not only do they want to keep the $250 deposit, but charge us for labor and packing materials.. This is the most ridiculous company ever!! I don't know how they are in business at all.. We will be taking the police with us to get our things, I think having to fly back to colorado will be enough spent!! Taking time off work, flying back and forth, having to hire another company or drive it myself.. THIS HAS BEEN A COMPLETE PAIN IN THE A@@. I should have read the reviews from the BBB before I hired them Which I advise you to do also! You will see there is 13 closed complaints and another 15 or so that are open at this time! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE TO TOUCH YOUR STUFF!!!
