Unreliable, dishonest, and poor service

All Services Movers XXXWhere do I begin? From the beginning our initial contact was dishonest. We were a promised a specific delivery date which was 14 days late without any notification or explanation. Our daily questions were falsely answered by customer service people who were not able to give us a time or dated of delivery on our furniture. It wasn't until we contacted FMCSA, BBB and the Sheriff that we received our furniture. The driver was dishonest and tried to make us pay extra money for imaginary violations, charges were dropped after we said we are going to contact the sheriff. They fused to accept a cashiers check and/or credit cards and insisted on cash so that they didn't have to show it as income. They subjected us to extreme stress with their demands. Some of your furniture and Tiffany lamps were damage (which they packed), and refused to assemble as promised in the contract. This is not a company that I will ever do business with again.
