Our experience with All Services started out good. They offered us free storage, which we needed, and were on time to pick up. They packed our furniture very well when they were loading it. They were rougher than I would have preferred with our boxes that we had packed ourselves; they were in a hurry and a plastic tote full of clothing went careening off of a dolly onto the asphalt and some boxes were visibly smashed as they were loading them.
Our biggest complaint was with the delivery of our items. The first date for delivery we gave was the 16th and this was written on our contract. When we contacted customer service for information about when we would receive delivery, we got an automated answering service but no voicemail. For the first few days we called we were simply told to wait because our items were scheduled to deliver on the 20th. On the 20th, there was no delivery and no contact from a driver. We never received a call from dispatch alerting us to the loading of our items our to let us know who the driver was. It took 6-8 phone calls in a single day to get a phone number for our driver from customer service.
Our items were finally delivered on the 25th, at 10pm. The four men who moved our items were not interested in where we asked to have items stacked. Most of our furniture, despite being packed up by them, is damaged in some way but the driver rushed us to check off all our items without inspecting them. Some furniture was not unpacked by the movers meaning we cannot make a claim for the damages on them. Many items had lost inventory tags or were tagged twice making it hard to get a final count of items. One bag was lost and after a week or more we have received no word about it. We are in the process of filing a claim for damages to our furniture and the lost bag.
