our pickup for our move was done on July 3rd. our shipment was not trackable for weeks, everytime I called there was no Load date or update.
sales manager pitched it that he has direct contact to dispatch and that it can be picked up and on its way within a week.
that definitely didn't happen, once it was picked up i called and Andrea from CS dept tried to locate our stuff but had no status.
then i was told that it could take up to 21 days from the first available delivery date.
Andrea was definitely helpful on trying to help finding any info she can but there was always no update. literally we didnt find out any updates until it was the last week for delivery. once it was picked up for loading it went straight to NYC but our prices jumped up from $1800-$3400.
it states on the contract that if the delivery is late they would compensate for everyday it was late but
1st deposit to schedule pickup -cc no extra fee
2nd deposit during pickup -cc but took surcharge on cc transaction. driver also asked for cash.
3rd Deposit- driver demanded CASH to deliver
i would never use this company or recommend this company to anyone. i rather rent a truck and drive cross country.
