Do not use this company. They were to pick up parents household items on August 6, 2014 and called to say they couldn't make it and could come the next day. I told them I wanted early morning pick-up. The next day customer service called to say they would come between 2-4. I told them that was not acceptable that they needed to come in the morning. Finally the truck arrived around noon. We got to our destination city in California on August 10, and the truck was to arrive on the 11th after 9 am. 10 am rolled around and no truck. I called customer service and they said they would call the dispatcher and get back with me. By 3 pm no response. Called again and was on hold for 20 minutes before someone told me that they didn't have a driver for my parents stuff. My parents are in their late 80's and this is not acceptable. I went to a mattress store and had a bed delivered for them to sleep on in their empty SENIOR LIVING apartment. As of today August 20, 2014 their items have not arrived and no call to let me know if it has even left Denver. My parents are living on borrowed items in their empty apartment. Do not listen to them when they tell you that the 21 day delivery is just a legal statement they have to put in there. Anthony in Colorado assured me that the items would be delivered within the 48 hours of my delivery date. It has been 9 days since deliver date and no items. I also asked that the mattress and box spring not be delivered since I bought my parents a new one and to take the cost off the shipping and they would not. These people will make promises to you and not keep them. Do not use All Services Movers!!
