BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!!!!
Quite possibly the worst customer experience possible, and that's saying something because they're worse than Comcast. All the way from the salesperson Mark, to customer service.
Mark was the salesperson who "sold" me on their services. When all the issues began to arise he was nowhere to be found. When I tried to call customer service it was a total circus. Every time I called, which had to be once a day, I got different answers. At the end of all this I'm the one getting punished for their inadequacies because no one knew what was going on and since I'm the one with the money I'm the one that gets the shaft because they are holding all my stuff hostage.
I have been penalized by over $600 by All Service Movers for 1. a 3% credit card fee which I was NEVER told about which amounts to another +$200 and 2. they are charging me storage fees because I didn't call THEM until 4 days after the window. The only reason I called at all was to check in. I had no idea it was my job to call and tell them, hey, it's time, you need to pull my stuff out of storage even though this should have all been in the notes. I also had no idea it was my job to check and make sure they were entering all the notes as agreed.
Mark NEVER made me aware (nor did anyone else) of everything I was supposed to do. For example, I didn't know it was my job to tell these people to pull everything out of storage and have it delivered in 2 weeks because this is what was agreed to with Mark. Stupid me, I assumed that since Mark and I went over everything multiple times he would take care of it since after all he was the salesman. He didn't do his job and I'm not the one being penalized.
Please, please think twice about using these people. They're all about charging punitive fees and there is absolutely no interest in doing the right thing on their end. Highly unethical and what's worse they simply don't care. They absolutely do. not. care. that they have made a mess of this and the right thing to do would have been to come to a fair resolution Snakes.
