This was the worst experience, move went from 3400.00 quote to 6900.00 then to 6100.00. I called for 3 weeks with a delivery date and they could not get it to me on the requested date. Three weeks advance notice. It arrived at 3:30 on a Monday when it was supposed to be there the Friday before. They could not give me a definite delivery until 9:00 pm the night before!! I explained when I contacted for delivery 3 weeks prior that my husband needed to fly in from Wa State and I had to travel to Boston on the Tuesday following. None of that mattered. They were rude, nasty, theives. When my stuff finally arrived, we had to help unload and put the furniture together or they would still be there, yes 6100.00 to unload yourself. In the unpacking many items were broken, all furniture wood it damaged. Broken lamps, mirrors, dishes vases - all smashed. This was a horrible experience. They offer nothing to replace or fix damaged items.
