Reading all the bad reviews is like re-living my moving experience. They have really good sales guys that hook you in. The guys that moved my things were polite and didn't damage anything - but! they didn't get the job done either. After several hours, I said "just move the furniture - I'll come back for the rest myself." When it became apparant that they were not going to be able to finish, I called the company twice to see if they could send some help. They were RUDE and accused me of trying to get my money back and said it was MY fault that they weren't able to accomplish the task.
