This was the worse experience i have ever had with a moving company. They show up based on the information i gave them just for getting a quote, i never had a arrangement with them-i thought the company i actually went thru contracted the move to them cause they said they received a order. They were like yes we're supposed to do the move and they come in and start moving stuff around, all the while I'm calling around and cant reach anybody. An hour later my actually company hired to move shows up. So i get stuck paying that cancellation fee. So i go along with All my sons movers and they damage my furniture once we arrive at the new residence. This was brand new furniture, it will not survive another move after this. They did not cover any thing they just threw stuff in the truck. My dressers legs are broken, as well as wood chipped off from the sliding it around rather than lifting. They ripped and damaged my couch trying to get it in the house and told me to "take a damn rag and wipe it down." They gave me a claim on one item they damaged and denied any other damage done to my things. When i tried to call and complain they gave me a number to a voicemail. I will never use this company again.
