Amy originally quoted the job and assured us that it would be completed on-time and within budget. First crew arrived late and was in no hurry to complete the job that day. After 5 hours of packing, they ran out of boxes and called it a day. I called Amy expressing my concerns and she assured me the job would be completed the next day and said the next crew would bring more boxes. The second crew arrived the next day, NO BOXES. They laughed and said the job could not be completed as assured by Amy. I again called Amy up to express my concerns. She still has yet to ever call me back. The second crew loaded what they could that day in the truck and they said they would come back another day to complete the job that was quoted as taking only 2 days. They completed the packing on the 3rd day. This second crew was excellent, worked very hard, and overall kicked butt. They did express concerns about not being informed about bring more boxes and about what was not completed on the first day. Once the goods were delivered, a day late, the crew presented me with a bill that was a lot more than originally quoted. As the front office explained to me, the original quote is a non-binding agreement and is only an estimate. Well the next day, I get a call from the front office with another bill saying they had to charge me for the "extra boxes and time." The final bill was 50% higher than the original quote. This meant several thousands of dollars. I'm still waiting to hear back from Amy! Once these guys "win" your business, they got you and will take you for a ride. To the cleaners! Very poor estimating and customer servive.
