Jupiter office - illegal aliens???

I think they were illegal aliens. Three guys showed up and promptly drove the truck in the yard running over sprinkler heads. Then they almost ran over garbage cans - a bag full of half used aerosols was already under a tire when I screamed for them to pull forward. Next they positioned the truck and the driver hopped out. The brakes weren't set so it started rolling down the driveway and went a good 15 feet before the driver could hop back in and stop it. It was liking watching the 3 stooges in action.
Once they hopped out I tried explaining move details. None of them spoke English or could understand a word of what I was saying. I tried several times to tell them I had a Pod to clear out as well. The 'foreman' kept walking over and pointing at moving pads. I tried to tell him the difference between a pad and a Pod but finally gave up and called the main office.
The office manager refused to do anything. After 5 frustrating minutes of telling them this was not acceptable I literally said, "I'm not sure if I should be talking to you or immigration." The office manager promptly hung up and within 1 minute the truck was pulling out of the driveway. Obviously the Jupiter office had called the the foreman and told them to get out as quickly as possible.
I filed a police report. The deposit is supposed to be refunded but I'm not hopeful at this point.
I strongly advise against using this company. They are disreputable and will send obviously anyone to your residence to handle your personal belongings. The office staff is rude and unwilling to help. I cannot urge you strongly enough to get a different moving company. All My Sons is the most crooked outfit I have ever witnessed.
