I would NEVER use ALL MY SON MOVING & STORAGE!! NIGHTMARE OF A MOVE!
I have moved 6 times in the United States and over seas with my husband and children in the US military. I assisted my pregnant daughter and was present during this entire moving process in the Baltimore MD area. We were moving her 2 bedroom home into a local storage facility as she was moving to Florida to join her husband a professional sportsman. I have never witnessed such unprofessional, ill equipped movers!!
1. The truck was old & disheveled, you could barely read the writing on the truck.
2. Our movers were elderly and did not have the equipment they needed to move our boxes and furniture (that we packed).
3. The men complained and used foul language the entire time.
4. What was quoted as a 4 hour job took over 8 hours.
5. What was quoted as a $450 job ended up being over $800.
6. Furniture was dropped and damaged.
7. I myself in my fifties assisted the movers with lifting boxes and loading the truck so that the job could get done. (My 7 month pregnant daughter was in tears)
8. Movers were almost 2 hours late
9. The driver hit the building of our storage facility with the truck.
10. When we contacted the company during this process they were rude and unwilling to do anything to assist us.
I do NOT and would NOT recommend this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....AWFUL UNPROFESSIONAL!!
