At first they seemed great, nice, friendly people. I was in a bit of a hurry to get things done, and they where the only ones available for my time frame. I had most of my stuff pack, all they had to do is finish up some stuff. They arrived early in the morning and I have them a tour of what was and wasn't going. There were 5 of them. Of they go packing and wrapping furniture.
Now, last go over where they messed up:
1. I had a 46" Sony tv and the box, I asked to put it the original box where it would be safe for transport. The guy said he felt better wrapping it in a moving blanket. Result: the screen is all broken on a tv that was a gift, but cost about $1,200 at the time.
2. I mistakenly left my engagement and wedding ring out on top of a dresser (that wasn't going to be packed), since I was gonna wear it on the way to Houston. Later, when they started packing the stuff on top of said dresser I picked up my perfume and watch, but didn't notice that the ring was already missing. Result: $14k for both rings stolen.
3. I had and my old iPhone 4 in the box on my tv stand to be packed. Guest what? It was gone too. Result: $599 loss for the retais price of a new one.
On less important but still relevant, they broke my kitty's home, put whole in my wall in the new home, and I'm not even done unpacking yet. So I'm sure I'll have more surprises.
What upsets me the most was how nice they were, and what they did to me! I guess because I'm such an honest person, I expect the same from everyone around me. Little did I know...
To sum up, never use this company!!! Ever!!!
