From now on, I will only use All My Sons any time I may need to move. What a great group of people! They really have their act together! I called All My Sons only 2 days prior to when I needed to be out of my apartment in Chesapeake. I had no idea if ANY company would be able to help me out on such short notice (due to a bunch of hillbilly hijinks, but that is another blog!). Dominic's demeanor was great, he was very calming in a highly stressful situation. I did not have time to have the estimator come see what I had to move, I simply could not work it out with my schedule. Dominic asked me numerous questions about my belongings so he could give me a very accurate estimate over the phone. The men who came to move me were extremely polite and hard working. I did not have to file any claims, which was a HUGE relief to me. They even loaded some furniture and boxes into a self storage unit I had to lease. Everything was well organized, including the paperwork and how payment was handled. I don't think the move could have been handled any better if it had been scheduled 2 MONTHS ahead of time instead of 2 days. Great customer service and a hardworking company. Thanks for making a really stressful time into a relaxed time for me. Celeste ¢¾
