I rarely give reviews- but, I was horrified after dealing with all of the stress from moving, to wake up to a phone fall from All My Sons in Dallas cancelling on my move the MORNING OF. The operations manager informed me that they were "backed up", and just weren't going to be able to make it. I took a day off of work and was booked solid the next day in meetings, which was when he wanted to reschedule the move. I asked if I would get some kind of discount, considering I paid a 350.00 deposit to HOLD THE DATE, (which I've never had a moving company do either). He said "ahh, i'm not sure about that..." Ummm, WHAT? Are you kidding me? My electricity got cut off that day, water, etc. Their credibility is completely lost and I will never refer them to anyone. I will GLADLY refer Two Men and Truck who saved me and moved me that day. DO NOT USE.
