Worst moving experience ever!

I had to move out of my aparment alone so it made sense to hire a moving company. I chose All My Sons b/c the price range was the best and I didnt have much to work with. The local manager of AMS himself came to my apartment days before my move and gave me the boxes I ordered and he was very nice. He looked around my apartment and said "this wont be too much". He even gave me his personal cell phone number and assured me if it was anything I needed during the move to just simply call him--(yeah, freakin right).
So the morning of the move, yes the movers were on time and polite. However, they both reaked of cigarette smoke at 8 am.
What began the whole mess was the when the movers went over 2.5 hours loading the truck with my stuff. All we had that was heavy was a mattress and box spring, couch, and dresser. What I started to realize was I'm seeing 2 movers move slow as hell just to gain the hours done on this job.
When we finally get to my new place with my everything, the movers prompt me to make my payment, when i present them with credit card numbers, they then tell me I cant make my payment that way and I must have my physical card. CRAZY!
So as I freak out with 80% of my things still on the truck, the movers just casually act like nothing can be done until I have my payment. Oh and of course, the "kind manager" i spoke with less than a week before wasnt even answering the phone. Then I realize i must gather cash from a familiy member in order to complete this long, tiring move.
About 1.5 hours later, the movers came back when I had the cash and turns out IT WAS ANOTHER $100 ADDED ON TO MY ORIGINAL CHARGE. I was so dumbfounded and just wanted this to be over. They completed my move and turns out I was missing a box with my husbands clothes. I've called multiple times to the central office and got "if its not on the truck, i dont know what to say to you".
NEVER EVER GO TO ALL MY SONS MOVING, ITS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND YOU ARE NOT TREATED LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER. POINT BLANK!
