My move was scheduled with All My Sons movers in Dallas for Saturday 04/28/12. They were scheduled to arrive on or before 900AM with two trucks and 4 personnel to move my 3,000 square foot household. They called multiple times in advance to confirm the move and my readiness. I called them at 905AM Saturday and they informed me drivers had called in sick and trucks had broken down and they would not be able to move me. They offered a 12% discount to move me the next day. This outcome could not be classified as anything other than THE WORST MOVING COMPANY RESPONSE POSSIBLE. I could mention all the reasons why this caused my family great stress bit it is so obvious I won't go on. ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW IS THEY CONFIRMED MY MOVE THEN BACKED OUT AND I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND THIS OUT. Many thanks to MIRACLE MOVERS of Dallas for moving us on Sunday.
