I have to admit that I'm a little suprised with the less than favorable reviews for All My Sons on this site. I used the Richmond office last Wednesday for my move and don't have one bad word to write about them. I was treated well by the office staff, the moving guys were on time, and nothing was damaged during the move. I was charged what I was told I would be charged, there were no "shenanigans" or any hidden fees. I got what I was told i would get. I can tell you that there is great customer service in Richmond!
