The movers showed up @ 5:15pm exhausted, red-eyed and dirty. Scheduled time was 12-3pm. Not only did they manhandle and damage my furniture they said it was "okay", All My Sons will honor the damage report. Diana B. at the office did not answer phone calls during the move and not one person contacted me during the move as promised. When I emailed pictures of the damaged furniture, Diana B. accused me of just trying to get "some money". I found that very offensive and extremely unprofessional. DO NOT USE this company ever! It's comparable to asking a bunch of " homeless people" to move your personal things. I doubt if this will be resolved because my furniture and time is worth more than the company. I got a referral for this company from a highly respectable company and I will report this to them.
