I can just add that I had the same experience as others here. The men did not care for my furniture very well, only when I insisted things be wrapped in pads prior to being taken from my apartment was this done. They dropped my antique 40 year old dresser so badly that it took chunks out of the corners, nearly snapped a leg off and broke 6 of the drawers to pieces. There are gouges all along the front of the dresser. The way they handled my furniture I am lucky that was all that happened.All they cared about was getting a tip, not about my things. When I called to file a complaint, Corey didn't even ask what happened or try to find out any details, appologize, etc, just passed me off to their claims company. The customer service was horrible. The men were not experienced. One man packed my entire condo while it took the other two 3 hours to load things on the truck. The move really should not have taken as long as it did. I did not find this a pleasant experience and would not recommend using them unless you want your furniture destroyed. Also they charge you $30 if you want to use a credit card, which they do not tell you up front.
