Estimate … Under $500.00 to move from a 1077 sq. foot Condo in Fort Worth, Texas on Thursday, August 12, 2010. Estimate of arrival 7:30 am to 9 am, Started work time at 10:30 a.m.
Total Bill $1,300 with 3 unqualified men that took (5) five hours to load the truck and after getting on there backs... took only 2 hours to unload. Left at 5 pm and the bill said 6 pm.
Lead Driver was unprofessional and threatens to leave with furniture. The lead driver was named Lorenzo with another Hispanic (He must have been gay, he told me that I was a good looking man!), and the other was an African-American guy.
Called company and as of today, the owner has not returned my call and Manager on Duty has hung the phone on me and defended staff when explaining my concerns. They claim that owner’s wife had baby and have not returned to work. Staff is unaware of his return.
I have been hung twice by Julian who claims he is a "Manager". Last hang-up call on Saturday, August 21, 2010.
I do not appreciate paying for 8.5 hours of service and got ripped off! The intention to make it an 8 hour job!
This is the worst experience I ever had with any movers and anyone will be stupid to use them! I am expecting some customer satisfaction!
