All My Sons did not honor the written agreement between us. Even though we paid a premium for a "Direct Service" with promised 2-day delivery, they changed the delivery date twice. Our goods were delayed 6 days. The payment terms in the contract were Cash on Delivery (COD) but our goods were kept hostage until we pre-paid the full amount. We were not compensated for the delay and the significant inconvenience. The price was increased from the original quote. They did not provide us with the Bill of Lading and Inventory Lists even after we requested them. Two pieces of our furniture were damaged and we were not compensated. We were told that "the agreement does not mean anything". We were bullied and treated with disrespect by the company representatives. This was the worst service we have ever experienced. We hope this review will help you make the right decision when choosing your moving company and you will not experience the nightmare we went through.
