The company called me Friday afternoon to tell me that I could not move on Sunday as had been scheduled. The representative said he made a mistake in booking my move for that day. No apology, did not try to make up for it, acted like was the norm. It's very obvious this company likes to pretend they have great customer service XXXthe have a special way they answer the phone that's very scripted, etc., however when I tried to speak to someone about being upset about the situation the "supervisor" hung up on me. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE PLANNING A MOVE!!!!!
