I had an 8-10am pick up scheduled and paid for
The confirmed Start Time and date.
By 1PM, I still did not have an arrival time.
Impossible to reach them via phone. Hold time on
Phone in excess of 30 minutes. No one returned calls.
I've made in excess of 30 Calls with NO Confirmed arrival, and been put on hold
Held for in excess of 2 1/2 hours.
The worst experience I could have possibly nightmared about.
The Customer a Service in the Atlanta South a Office and Atlanta
North Office were despicable, a Dispatcher who can't think through
To contact the crews.
Needless to say I expect a NO Show from All My Sons
Moving, even though they pre Collected a fifty dollar HOLD
Scheduled Appointment. Even though I have a confirmed Email and schedule Number.
Hopefully the power of the Internet People will
See this and I will make a post and Review Daily for a Year on every
Review site I can.
In addition the "poor" Rating is not an adequate description,
All My Ons is so far Beyond Poor that it is indescribable.
