When I first called for a quote, they were amazing friendly, efficient and helpful - and then THE MOVE! The movers were late (got lost - said GPS gave them the wrong directions). The first thing they said was that the take tips. One guy was new and the other guy kept on him which was good but they were slower than we expected and they did not pack the furniture very well - thank goodness they only messed up one piece of furniture. On the way to the new house, they made a stop for Allergy medicine (on my time) and guess what! They got lost again! 2 1/2 hours later (an hour most drive) they showed up and blamed the GPS again. And then it started - When I said I wasn't going to pay for that extra lost time, We called those friendly people who became extremely NON FRIENDLY and tried to blame it on us - wrong addresses etc. (all not true an proven) They would not release our furniture and the clock was ticking so we finally agreed on a price that was at least $ 400.00 more that we thought correct but $ 300.00 less than they wanted. Oh - during this time (that I was paying for) the movers started soliciting business from one of our neighbors! We felt bad (Don't know why - I guess we were tired from an all day move that at most should have been 5 hours) but when we gave the moving guys $ 100.00 tip, they had an attitude, like it was way too low. I could have kicked myself and asked for it back but at that point I just wanted to get rid of them. I promise NEVER AGAIN and if I were you, I would skip them when calling for a quote!!!
