First of all, when they called to confirm everything with me they added a one hour driving time to my cost. The second time they called to confirm they added a fuel cost. I kept telling them that they were adding costs and they would just repeat the list and tell me that was their normal costs. They showed up at the very end of the window of time they had given me. They showed up without all the necessary tools and asked me to go pick up tools for them. They broke one of my drawers and nicked my headboard in three places. I wasn't angry when it was broken. The guy in charge of the move told me at first that someone would call me the next business day about the claim to get it fixed and it would only take a week. A few minutes later he told me that I would have to call them to get the claim done. I waited for a call the next business day, Monday and none came. I called them early on Tuesday and they told me I would be called back as soon as the trucks were out. I never got that call. I called again and was told that all I needed was the number to the claims department. Apparently they were incapable of just giving me a phone number in the morning. I called the claims department and was told that they would mail me a claims packet and it would take 30-45 days for my small items to get fixed. So much for a week! This company has lied to me and been incompetent every step of the way. I'm in the military and I can't have my clothes sitting on the floor for 30-45 days. I have to keep my belongings in good condition. I have accepted this company is too useless and incompetent to be held accountable for their actions. I will NEVER do business with the again or get a moving company without reading their reviews beforehand. I hope none of you make the mistake that I did.
