I requested a quote from All my sons online. Five minutes later I recieved a phone call from a computer from All my sons asking me to press 1 if i would l would like to get my quote from the computer or press 2 if i would like to speak to a person at a later date. At the time i was at work and figured i would call them back and speak to an actuall person later that week when i had ample time. I then recieved 3 emails and 6 more phone calls in the next 2 days (on the weekend). I ignored them because i was busy and started to get annoyed that they kept calling. When i finally answered one of the calls it was the computer again. I recieved 2 more computerized phone calls after the weekend on Monday, one from the computer and another from an actual person saying that she hopes I am comfortable using her service. That was enough for me. I called this woman back right away at work to tell her that no i did not feel comfortable and that i wished to not use her service. A rude boy answered and mumbled saying that the woman i wanted to speak with was on the other line. He asked me if there was something he could do. I simply told him that I had requested a quote online and that since then i had been bombarded with calls that I did not have time to call back. I explained to him that it was unprofessional to call someone that many times and expect them to use their service. He completely interrupted me and said "yeah yeah unprofessional, your off the list" and hung up. I am a receptionist at a company and I know that if i spoke that way to a potential client i would have been fired on the spot. This company needs a wakeup call.
