I booked this company a month and a half prior to my move within Tulsa from a Condo to a house within a mile and a half of each other. I called every week to verify moving, day and time. I was repeatedly told that everything would be in place. I paid a deposit of $250. The day before I called AGAIN. They lengthened the time an hour during that phone call.
On Saturday which was the weekend PRIOR to the last weekend of the month(made sure that it wasn't a busy weekend), they were originally supposed to be at my residence between 9am - 12noon. I never heard a peep. I called 4 times and was told all 4 times "they will call you when they are close, they are running late" By 1:30pm I called and was told "the truck broke down and we are finding another" BTW, that is standard BS line that is used all the time.
I had plans to take my daughter to an expensive event that night, so I was very anxious about the time being screwed up. The movers did not show up until 5pm. They were slow, inefficient and I ended up helping them move. IT was TOTAL BS!!!
One of the movers was on his phone the whole time talking to his girlfriend. They took their time and were very unapologetic. By the time they finally got to my new place they would not move anything in until I paid the full amount. Which was VERY Different from my quoted price and the gas was incorrect for 1.5 miles. I was in tears and called my boyfriend who is an attorney. He showed up and man handled these two guys and ended up paying them. My event was at 8:00pm, they were still moving me in and did not leave until 11pm. My boyfriend stayed with the movers making sure they did not steal anything. I was LIVID, late for the event and exhausted. NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. RIP OFF. I called the GM in Texas, and complained, he offered $100 back and I told him never mind. HORRIBLE.
