We were quoted a price $880.00 but Bryce said that was a high quote that he expected it to be much lower. All the moving was done in the same town. After loading some of the bigger items into thier trucks they informed us that the cost was now up to $1600.00. They refused to unload the truck or allow us to have the furniture until they were paid the additional $720.00. We found out later that there is a lot of hidden charges that isn't disclosed 17% of bill added for fuel/tax costs and 2 hour travel cost @ $189.00 an hour. It got messy it was clear that we just got scam. The police were called and they recommended that we take it up with small claims court. Some of the furniture was damage by the movers that the company doesn't reimburst you for. I have contacted the company about the damage of the furniture and the unfair overcharge that wasn't disclosed. We haven't gotten any respond back from the company. We paid double than what was expected and the job wasn't completed. This whole experience was very stressful and upsetting.
