I recently purchased restaurant equipment from a business that had closed it's doors. I scheduled All My Sons to move the equipment to their storage facility and they assured me it would be a piece of cake. They were scheduled to show up on Tuesday morning but never did. I called and asked what the deal was and they said, "oh, we are having issues and meant to call you yesterday. I'll have my boss call you in ten minutes." After an hour with no return call, I called them back. Same story, my boss will call you in 10 minutes. After waiting another 2 hours with no return call, I called again. This time the gal on the phone had an attitude. She informed me that her boss was on the phone and that unless she ripped the phone out of his hand there was nothing she could do. At this piont I was sick of her yelling at me, offering no solution for my requests and their multiple broken promises to return my call. The service was the WORST I've experienced in recent memory. I honestly don't think I've EVER had a customer service rep raise their voice to the point of yelling at me. Bottomline, they failed to meet any of my expectations and even went far enough that I'm taking the time to type this message. Find someone else to move your possessions. Matt B.
