I am extremely disappointed in the level of service received by the office personnel. I was not given the full amount as to what it would cost. Additionally, the movers were rather slow and what should have been no more than a 4 hour move especially due to no steps either at the old or new residence, turned into a 8 hour move. It was ridiculous!! I paid $1000 to move 10 mins away. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
