Stay away from this company. I used them last year July 2013 to move all my stuff in to a storage room in Knoxville. The drivers showed up to my Apt looking like they had just crawled out of bed, took I can’t count how many breaks (admitted to having a bad hangover), stopped at the store on the way to place the items in my storage for 20 mins (I was there and watched how long it took them), one of the movers was drinking beer, they refused to wrap the items in wrap stating they don’t do that and tried to charge me 30 mins more than they should have. I called the office to get the time corrected and the guy stated that was the correct time that they had only been gone for 15 mins. I stated that the time they had on the form was still 15 mins away and like he said they had been gone for 15 mins. After that he issued a credit for 30 mins to my card. After moving the items out I have found stuff broken and several things missing. If you value your things and money don’t use this company.
