Seriously, do not use all my sons moving. Find a different company who won't rip you off! I wish I would have read the reviews on All My Sons in Minneapolis before I scheduled my move. What we discussed on the phone and what I was charged for was completely different. I made it clear during our call I did not want any surprises at billing. First off, they were 3 1/2 hours LATE!!! I had open boxes in my kitchen that I was going to tape up when I came back one of the movers took them to the truck and took it upon himself to tape then they charged me for it, when I never asked him to do that or gave him permission to do it nor did they tell me if we tape the boxes there is a charge. They never told me about the 1 hour trip charge or gas surcharge, so those were surprises. One of the movers was always on his phone. They would not unload my furniture until I made the payment. The owner was extremely RUDE and unprofessional he would not make any corrections to the bill. They listed other charges on the bill and when I called later for a break-down of the "other charges" he said they charged me for boxes, which I never used any of their boxes and for their tape, shrink wrap, which I thought would have been part of their services not additional charges. I thought that would have been included in their hourly rate they never said their supplies are an additional charge. Yohan one of the owners said he would refund me for the boxes I did not use and the refund never happened. Look, all I had was one bedroom set, 5 small boxes, 2 tv stands, 2 end tables and 1 coffee table, and 1 flatscreen. It took 3 guys over two hours to move. Then they damaged a couple of walls in the house and never said anything. The service was awful, the move was painful and I will NEVER use this moving company again.
