As with others, I wish I had read these reviews before selecting a moving company. all of the negative reviews are correct - bottom line is do not use this company. I had a large move and spoke with dan several times about the move. we made extensive changes to the quote, ending up with a plan of 7 movers coming to my house on Saturday morning. I specifically told dan I needed 7 movers there early Saturday morning (by 8:00am) because one pieces that weighed 900 pounds needed to be moved first thing. however, at 9:00am on Saturday one driver is calling me telling me he is lost and is at least 30 minutes away. when he does arrive, it is only one truck with 4 movers. I called the office and was told that they sent the second crew to another job.
at the end of the 2 day move, I didn't receive any itemized breakdown of charges, just a one line number. also, dan "inadvertently" ran my credit card twice causing a deposit overcharge of $1200. as of today, this amount has still not been credited to my account.
the bottom line is that the movers they use are good guys, but the management is as incompetent as they come. given the number of other quality movers, there is absolutely no reason to use this company.
