I needed to get some things from my old place, my storage then to my new residence. I'd known the date that I was going to move in a week or so prior when I called them and inquired about the rates. I hadn't decided if I was gona go with them because I wanted to shop around a bit more, once I finally decided to go with them they then gave me a higher quote then the first time as well as the hourly rate changing. I spoke with several different people and once I finally got to speak to someone who I thought would take care of a potential customer they didn't do their job thoroughly... the asked for all my info pickup/ drop off addresses and the day and time I wanted and come to find out on the day of I wasn't even scheduled they lied and put some bull crap notes in the computer making it as though I was a nuisance to them. the worst part of it all I didn't even get a chance to use the service but fully endured their horrible service. DONT EVER I REPEAT DONT EVER USE THIS COMANY NOT EVEN TO MOVE A RUG!!!!!!! Very unprofessional and dishonest so-called company.
