we made the appointment last week for them to do an estimate they were supposed to come to our apt. today at 9am my husband and i took the day off.. they never showed up and when we contacted them today they said they were short staff and had no one to come and that we were not supposed to have been giving an appointment because they had no one to do estimates for weeks now. the guy i spoke to was josh he didnt care at all didnt not take any responsability instead made us feel guilty. we canceled our moving date with them and josh's last words were... that's ok. have a nice day. way to contribute to your business josh!!!
