I wish that I could give them zero stars. They were an hour and a half late for our move then sent only three movers instead of four. Then they overcharged my credit card by an additional $200. They said that $100 of it was for "packing materials." However, they didn't use any packing materials other than blankets and tape (we moved all of our stuff and boxes ourselves) and the packing materials charge is not on my bill. They said they would refund me $100 that I was overcharged but they were keeping the rest. I filed a complaint with the BBB only to find that they are not accredited (have a D+!!!) and have dozens of unresolved complaints.
Carlos (the manager?) is a total jerk. He couldn't care less about any of your problems.
Please do not use this company. It is a scam and they will find a way to rip you off.
