Late & Rude, terrible Customer Service

Where to start? Well, when I called to pay the deposit I sat on hold for 48 minutes and 34 seconds. When Amy finally answered the phone she said she would have to call me back; she just got to work and her computer wasn't even up yet. I waited for hours and finally had to call her back. No apology, no explanation, nothing at all. After paying the deposit I was told the movers (3 movers) would meet me at my house between 8 am to 9 am the day of the move. I was told they would call 30 - 45 minutes before arrival to let me know they were on the way. On the day of the move I called at 9:22 am because I had received NO call and NO movers. Carlos told me they had to "reset" because they worked over the night before. He should have at least called me, but he didn't. He had the nerve to get rude to me telling me he can't control DOT, but said the guys were 20 minutes from the shop. About an hour later I got a call telling me they were still waiting on the 3rd guy. Long story short, the movers were 3 hours late getting to my house. Only 2 of them showed up. Carlos told me he would make it right with me at the end of the move because I told him their tardiness was making me late for work. Their idea of "making it right" was apparently waiving the fuel charge. BIG DEAL! They wasted four hours of my time and offered a lousy $40+/- to "make it right" when their rate is $119 an hour. I didn't argue with the movers because those two young men did an awesome job; it's just a shame their front office people are incompetent, uncaring, and unreliable. Not only will I never use this company again, but I will spend as much free time as I have warning others to stay far away from them. It's a shame too, because as I said, the two guys that did show up worked hard. However, that doesn't erase the fact that I was hours late to work and endured a lot of frustration because their office staff can't get it together. My suggestion to the company is this: change your name from "All My Son's Moving & Storage" to "My Red-Headed Step Child Moving & Storage".
