All My Sons way underestimated the amount of boxes needed and the time it would take to pack everything. The first crew ran out of boxes after 5 hours of packing and they called it a day. I called the office and they assured me the job would be completed and said the crew would bring more boxes to finish the job. Next day, a different crew arrived with NO boxes. They loaded what they could and worked 10 hours doing that. This second crew was excellent. Second crew had to come again and finish what was left from the previous day. Once the boxes were delivered, the bill came and it was a lot more than what was originaly quoted. Then the next day, I get a call from the All My Sons front office. They said the original quote is a non-binding contract and I owed even more money to pay for the extra boxes and time. Overall bill was 50% higher than the original quote. Ended up being several thousands of dollars more than the original quote. I also made several calls to the "sales personnel" expressing my concerns about the progress or the lack of progress with the first crew. I'm still waiting for a return phone call........ Calls to this person were never returned. She just ignored me once they had "won the bid." I had to deal with the front office and no single person would take "ownership" of the job. Once you go with these guys, they know they got you and will take you for a ride. Actual moving crew was incredible and did a fantastic job but the overall experience was horrible and the cost outrageous in the end.
