Not enough help and poor handling of belongings

We made a local move and were told that they would send a "big" crew to get the job done in a reasonable time in one day. This move included packing, loading and deliver. We moved from a four bedroom home. Initially four men arrived who did work diligently. At around 2:30pm they said the second crew had been held up but was on their way. The first crew left with a full truck around 3:30pm. The second crew - of two men - didn't arrive until 5:30 or 6pm. It was consequently 11pm before all of our belongings were unloaded and there were some unhappy and disgruntled employees who were not at all careful in the way they handled the cargo. I would strongly suggest if you do use this company that you purchase extra insurance because you will most likely need it.
