All-My-Sons-Moving

I never right reviews, but I had to because of this experience. I also told our Realtor who refered them to me, so he has since stopped refering them to other clients. I also tell my renters who ask to stay away from All My Sons.
I should have known when I saw 1 truck with 3 guys pull up to move from a 4,000 sq ft to 6,000 home. Needless to say, not everything was moved that day. We called customer service to ask what they can do to get everything moved. My wife was given the run around, so I had to take the phone and finally got to talk to "a manager." He said the best he could do is to waive all charges except the labor for the movers, which I understood. I can accept that, how bad could that be? $140/hour! I had to rent a UHaul and did the rest my self with help from a friend. We were both D1 athletes and it took us 8 hours one Saturday.
They damaged my fridge (and door frame at the house I moved out of which I didn't claim just fixed myself), so I went through the first stage of having one of their employees come out and inspect everything. He showed up 3 hours late. He fixed the beds and other things that were put back together wrong and told me to get 3 quotes for the fridge to get fixed and submit them. They would select a vendor and have it fixed. I did that right away. When I called customer service to ask how I submit the quotes, they said they didn't need them and I shoud contact the insurance company directly. So I didn't need to get the quotes...nice. Insurance company sent paper work to fill out and send back, which I did. I have been in limbo waiting to hear something by mail. I moved in March and it is now the middle of Novemeber and my fridge is still not resovled. If they don't end up paying (which I'm having a terrible feeling is going to happen) I'll get a lawyer involved because I just don't care at this point. The damages to the fridge were to the face plate from ramming it through the front door and only cost about $500! Thank God nothing terribly expensive was ruined.
The moving guys were great. Quiet, respectfull and worked constantly. I tipped them well, bought them breakfast and lunch. No problem with the guys at all.
