Where to begin! First the cost was going to be $80 hr and they were to arrive between 9-10am. Then it was moved to 11am-12pm. Then it jumped to 2-3pm and they had to increase the cost from a 2 man team to a 4 man team (cause that was all that was available). So the cost jumped up to $136 hr.
They arrived at 3pm. I had all of the items boxed up and ready to go. All they needed to do was place on the dolly and go. But, one of the movers decided to play 'ram the moving co-worker" with my small file cabinet on the dolly and put 2 gashes in the office drywall.
We got the items moved and dropped off. Then when I got the bill, it had a $97 packing Materials fee. What packing materials?...I had everything ready. I didn't use any tape, boxes, etc. Just a dolly.
Now I wait for them to check with one of the movers to confirm since they wont take my word for it. What happened to customer service and the customer is always right??? NEVER AGAIN!!! RUN, RUN FAST!
