Overcharged for service; beware of hidden pricing

I used All My Sons in Melbourne, Florida. I want anybody considering using them to insist on written quote (perhaps e-mail). When you make an appointment, they quote a moving rate of $119/hour. What they won't tell you is that the $119 will only start after you pay a minimum of $399 for first two hours. In other words, they charge $200/hr for first 2 hours and then susquently charge $119/hr. On top that the movers onsite were demanding that we pay $60 as tips for 3 people doing the move. The sevice was good but nobody should be cheated this. I would have appreciated if they had been upfront with the costs. I wanted to complain to better business bureau but don't really have time to do so. I may still do so when I find some time.
