As a military member, I have used countless moving companies. This is by far THE WORST experience I ever I had. The employees arrived on time, but reeked of cigarette smoke and something else I can't describe. This odor lingered in both places long after they left and moving into a brand new home, the last thing you want is an unpleasant smell in your home…esp. one you didn't cause. One of the drivers even smoked in the truck once it was loaded with my furniture. Two movers were assigned to move 2 beds, 2 dressers, 2 night stands, a table and 4 chairs, and sofa/loveseat from one location to another (8 miles from each other), it took them 5 hours for the whole move!!!! They did not provide protection for the floors, thus they left stains on my carpet and piled in dirt into my new home, chipped the wood in the doorway of my new home, and damaged the hardwood floors at my old location. When i called the company to address my concerns, I was blown off. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
