I chose All My Sons from a web based selector, and when I spoke to them it sounded like a good choice. Their rate was a little higher than most, but I liked that they were a family company. I moved from a 1000 sq ft house to a 2000 sq ft house in the same neighborhood (0.7 mile move). They quoted me for a 3 hour move. The move took 6.5 hours!!! They charged me for 7 hours, and said I'd get a credit for the 1/2 hour, but it never came. I was too pissed to even call them...
The biggest crock was that they said they would be providing wardrobe boxes, so I didn't have to pack up my closets. I thought this was wonderful! Well 15 minutes before they were finished with the move (and here I was, already pissed it took twice as long), they said they needed the wardrobe boxes back. I was LIVID!!! I had to dump out all of my clothes onto the floor, so they could have their precious boxes back for the next sucker.
Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. AWFUL experience!!!
