I will never use this moving company again.
I was billed for 8 hrs and 1 hr traveling time.
7% gas fee because they don't charge tax. Which I was never told about when I called for a estimate. The job should not have taken more than 5 hrs. Was told my bill should be about $640.00 and no more. Well it was 1241.00.. I about died. Called Richey which was the man in charge. Told him I wasn't paying that and told him what my estimate was quoted. Let me just say this it took 3 grown men 9 hrs to move me. Omg!!! Never has this ever happened before. Well Richey did knock off a little. But still more than my quote. My gas fee was $140.00. This company is the biggest rip off. They need to be shut down. I wished I had read the reviews first.
