This company was originally hired to move my elderly parents. When they called to confirm the move the afternoon prior to the next day's a.m. move, eveything they told me on the phone changed. I was told there would be no mileage charge. That was changed to say "we charge 12 percent of the total move cost for mileage". I was told they would come between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m. The confirmation phone call said they would not be coming until some time between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. This was unacceptable since we had a two hour drive to our moving destination. The manager, Chance, was VERY RUDE to me and kept telling me to call another moving company. He threatened over and over to remove me from his computer and leave me without any movers knowing I had plans to move my parents the next morning. Thankfully, I was able to hire Two Men and a Truck! They told me they get this same complaint frequently about All My Sons Moving. BEWARE---do not hire this moving company!!
